It has eight backrest angles for incline, decline and flat exercises, and a 29.3-inch backrest that supports the head, neck and upper back. The frame is rated for 660 lbs and uses a steel build with non-slip foot caps and four rotatable leveling feet to help it sit steady on different floors. When folded, it measures 30.7 x 16.3 x 9.25 inches.
Tip: Set it up on a flat floor first, then turn the leveling feet to cut down on wobble before you start lifting.
