What we like
- Three modes to choose from: continuous red light, 40 Hz pulsed red light with heat, or continuous red light with heat. Red light uses 660 nm and 850 nm wavelengths.
- A removable, waterproof inner pouch and two reusable gel ice packs let you use it for cooling care, such as easing swelling after sports injuries.
- Clear LED touch screen with audible button feedback, plus a child-lock button and a timer you can set to 15, 20 or 30 minutes.
- Cordless and lightweight with a 2600 mAh built-in battery, and the strap stretches up to 25.98 inches to fit knees, calves or arms.
Worth knowing
- Battery run time is about 1.5 to 4 hours per full charge, and it depends on the setting you pick.
- Don’t turn on red light or vibration while an ice pack is in the pouch. Cooling works on its own, so use the pouch for cold sessions only.
