This policy explains what personal information DealsCommunity (“we”, “us”), operated by DealsCommunity, collects on dealscommunity.com, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.

We don’t collect payment details — purchases happen on the store’s site.
How we use it
- Run the site, your account and the community features
- Send account emails (verification, password reset) and notifications you turn on
- Prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and enforce our Community Guidelines
- Understand how the site is used and improve it
- Comply with the law
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the site for us: web hosting ([Hostinger]), Google (Analytics and sign-in), and email delivery [if used]. They may only use it to provide their service.
- Stores and affiliate networks (e.g. Amazon Associates): when you click a store link, they may set cookies to credit the sale. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our users or the site.
- Business transfer: if the site is sold or merged.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. Confirm: update this sentence if you add ad networks or advertising features.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure traffic. See our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account is open. Public posts and replies may stay on the site after you leave unless you ask us to remove them. Analytics data is kept for [14 months] in Google Analytics.
Your choices and rights
- Edit your profile and notification settings in My account.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@dealscommunity.com. We will verify your request and reply within 45 days.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
California residents: under the CCPA you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it as defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent.
Residents of other states with privacy laws (e.g. Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas) have similar rights and can use the same email.
Children
DealsCommunity is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@dealscommunity.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords and access controls. No website is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. For significant changes we will notify account holders by email or on the site.
