These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and DealsCommunity (“DealsCommunity”, “we”) for using dealscommunity.com. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who can use the site
You must be at least 13 years old. To create an account you must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
2. Deals and prices
- Deals are posted by members, our editors and automated sources. We try to keep them accurate, but prices, stock, coupon codes and end dates can change at any time without notice.
- The price and terms shown by the store at checkout are the ones that apply. Purchases are between you and the store; we are not the seller and don’t handle orders, payments, shipping, returns or warranties.

3. Content you post
- You keep ownership of the deals, replies and other content you post. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to host, show, edit for length or accuracy, and share it on the site and our channels.
- You confirm you have the right to post it, and that it is accurate and lawful.
- Your posts must follow our Community Guidelines. We may edit, unpublish or remove any content at our discretion.
4. What you must not do
- Post spam, fake or misleading deals, or deals you are paid to promote without saying so
- Post your own referral or affiliate links, or submit content you’re not authorised to share
- Harass others, post illegal, hateful or adult content, or impersonate anyone
- Manipulate votes, create multiple accounts, scrape the site, or try to break its security
5. Bans and account removal
We may suspend or permanently ban any account, without notice, for spamming, posting incorrect or misleading deals, unauthorised submissions, or any other breach of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also remove the content posted by that account. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Our content
The site’s design, text, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. Store names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are used to identify products.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to stores and other websites we don’t control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
8. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, availability or reliability of the site or any deal.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss from a purchase, a price change, an expired deal or a store’s actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover our costs from claims caused by your content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [State], unless the law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
